Pacific Northwest Endurance Rides, Inc. (PNER) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We have more than 300 members who are avid horse people and are enormously dedicated to their sport of endurance riding. Our region includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Western Montana, and a portion of Western Canada.
Our members stay current with PNER activities via several methods: Our website at pner.net, a quarterly printed newsletter, and an annually printed handbook. We compete throughout the year for regional awards given by PNER at our annual convention held in January. Our upcoming convention will be Jan. 19-20, 2024, at the Embassy Suites, near the airport, in Portland, Ore. (Vendor set-up starts one day earlier).
Trade Show: We would love to have you at our trade show! Because our trade show is free to attendees and open to the public, it is very well attended. We also advertise with other horse-related groups to extend our reach beyond the endurance community, giving you more customer traffic. Our popular used tack sale and raffle (which are also on the trade show floor) draw great foot traffic throughout the event. Members and other horse enthusiasts find things they need for the upcoming ride season, and THEY ARE READY TO SHOP! Many are replacing worn-out gear, outfitting a new horse, upgrading or accessorizing their camper or trailer, or just looking at new products. They appreciate being able to compare products and actually sit in that new saddle or feel that sheepskin saddle pad. They want to touch a product, rather than simply look at a photograph online. Best of all, our booth space is very economical for any comparably sized show!
Trade Show Prices (due at set up):
One booth with one table: $100
Two booths, two tables: $200.
Table only, no booth: $60
Nonprofit organizations (AERC, OET, EDRA, AHA, etc.): One table, no charge
If your booth requires electricity, please bring a long extension cord. There is an additional $20 fee from the venue for power.
Raffle: We are seeking donations for the PNER Raffle, a great way to showcase your company or products. The PNER Raffle is a fundraiser for awards, scholarships, and educational programs within our organization, as well as trail work in our region. We also use these funds to recruit new members and equestrians who are interested in our sport. Let us know you're donating to the raffle by the end of December, and we'll include you in our brochure's advertising and as a donor on the website.
Trade show set up and tear down schedule: Set up begins Thursday, Jan. 18 and tear down is at the end of the day Saturday.
Deadline: Please let us know by Jan. 8 if you are coming, by filling out the form and returning it to Karen Pate at klpate88@gmail.com
