Membership definitions below.
- Single membership is for persons age 16 or older as of January 1 of the current ride year
- Family membership is for Senior and Junior members living at a single family residence as of January 1 of the current ride year*
- Junior membership is for a single young person under the age of 16 as of January 1 of the current ride year, whether riding sponsored or emancipated. A non riding Parent/Guardian would sign up the junior rider and must legally sign the form (with waiver accepted) to allow them to participate as a PNER memberdue to being under 16.
- Associate membership is for persons who choose to receive the newsletter and participate in social media only.
*Please note Family Awards definition of a family is different from Family Membership. Visit the Awards page and scroll down to Group Awards for definition of Family Awards.
Click on the "Membership Application Image" below or Click on the words "Join as a new member" or "Renew membership", then enter information required. You may also download this form and send a check with the membership form to the address on the form.
To renew membership you will need your/family PNER numbers. If you can't remember, go here.
You can now use your credit card on PNER PayPal account and pay as a guest. You do not need a PayPal account. If you pay via check, follow the address instructions at Checkout.
Note, if you join/renew after January 31, price will go up $15 for special handbook mailing.
If you are interested in sponsoring a Junior (or other) membership, contact Membership

Notes: Junior membership is for those under 16 as of Jan 1. Family Membership is for members living at a single family residence as of Jan 1. A novice has completed no more than 150 lifetime mile if a Senior and no more than 300 miles if a Junior.
Prices go up $15 after January 31 to cover extra handbook mailing costs.
Your name will be added to the Mentors and Riding Buddies page if you choose. If you're looking for a Riding Buddy, check out that page and choose someone near to you. If you need a Mentor, someone will contact you or you can also visit the Mentor page.
