Top 3 Families - enrollment required by August 1
The family that attends rides together is noteworthy and warrants distinction.  This award recognizes families who compete in the sport, even if they enter and complete different distances.

Points accumulate when two or more Family members complete distances entered at the same ride.  At least one of the members completing their distance must meet the criteria of Child and at least one of the members completing their distance must meet the criteria of Adult.  If this criterion is met and additional Family members complete their distances, points from all Children and only two Adults will be counted.  The Family with the highest total accumulated points (endurance and/or limited distance) are recognized.

For the purposes of this award, an Adult is a Senior rider, age 22 or older, who is either the legal/blood parent of the child(ren), the legal guardian of the child(ren), or is designated by the child(ren)'s legal parents as a family member by legal/blood means.  Adults can include parents, grandparents, aunts, and/or uncles.  A Child is either a Junior or Young Rider with legal/blood ties to the Adults designated on the Family enrollment form.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION:  All individuals forming the Family must be PNER members.  An enrollment form must be submitted to the Awards Coordinator at awards@pner.net no later than August 1 to verify eligibility requirements have been met.  The minimum completion requirement applies.

Top 5 Teams - roster submittals required per eligibility information
To encourage member community and comradery, light-hearted recognition is obtainable for a wide array of PNER members through the formation and competition of teams. Teams with the highest total accumulated points on completed distances determine those to be recognized.
A team is comprised of up to 15 PNER members. Team members may be any combination of Junior and Senior riders, but all members must be current PNER members. PNER members are not allowed to be on more than one roster at a time.
Changes to the team roster, as outlined in the eligibility section below, are allowed. Teams with members added during the ride season are not given retroactivity. The new member's points prior to their joining the team will not count toward team points.
A team must have a minimum of three riders complete the same distance of a ride. If more than three members complete the same distance, points from the top three overall placings will count toward team points.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION: A roster must be submitted to the Awards Coordinator at awards@pner.net by a team representative prior to the first ride in which the team wants to accumulate points or prior to the first ride in which a new member is added to the team's roster. Members must have paid their annual dues prior to being added to a roster. Eligibility for the team will be determined by the Awards Coordinator through the review of an individual's membership status.
If a roster is fewer than 15 members, individuals may be added until the roster reaches 15 members or June 7, whichever comes first. Once the roster reaches 15 members, the roster can only change between June 1-7.
Teams may replace members between June 1-7. Dropping and or adding members to a maximum of 15 is allowed during this period. All roster changes must be submitted to the Awards Coordinator prior to the ride in which the team member is added. No roster changes are allowed after June 7.
The minimum completion requirement applies and teams must have successfully accumulated points in a minimum of three events to be eligible for placing.

See the Teams page for the current roster and standings.
