PNER 2025 Sponsorship Tiers and Benefits

These tiered sponsorship options provide incentives for businesses and individuals to support the PNER 2025 Convention and Awards Banquet at higher levels. Each package offers tailored benefits to increase visibility and engagement with the PNER community. These tiers are based on product donation value, cash value, or combination of these.

Silver Sponsors ($250+)

  1. Listing in the Event Program: Name listed in the official event program with other Silver-level sponsors.

  2. One Promotional Item in Attendee Welcome Bags: Allows sponsors to provide one branded item or flyer for attendee welcome bags.

  3. Facebook Group Shoutout Post: Acknowledgment in a post specifically recognizing all Silver-level sponsors in both public and members-only Facebook groups.

  4. Featured on Event Slideshow: Brief appearance of the sponsor’s logo in a rotating slideshow displayed during breaks.

Gold Sponsors ($500+)

  1. Logo Placement on Website: Display a logo or preferred placement on the event website, including a link and short description.

  2. Mentioned in Social Media Posts: A post on Facebook page, both Facebook groups, and Instagram thanking each Gold sponsor.

  3. Logo in the Event Program: Feature their logo in a designated section for Gold sponsors.

  4. Opportunity for Sponsored Content: Allow Gold sponsors to include a promotional item in attendee bags (e.g., product samples, and branded merchandise).

  5. Highlighted Spot in Event Program Ad: Allow a small featured ad or spotlight section in the event program.

  6. Featured on Event Slideshow: Brief appearance of the sponsor’s logo in a rotating slideshow displayed during breaks.

  7. Featured in Email Campaigns: Include Gold sponsor highlights in pre and post-event email campaigns.

  8. Free Single booth size (10x10 with upgrade option. I.e.: +$100 to get a 10x20 booth)

Platinum Sponsors ($1,000+)

  1. Premium Logo Placement on the PNER Website: Showcase Diamond sponsors at the top of the convention website page with a hyperlink, logo, and tagline.

  2. Exclusive Social Media Spotlight: Create a unique post introducing the sponsor with details on their support and products/services.

  3. Banner Ad on Facebook Page and Groups: A banner ad to be displayed on the PNER Facebook page and groups for a set period.

  4. Full Page Ad in Event Program: Reserve a full page in the event program for the sponsor’s ad.

  5. On-Site Presentation Opportunity: Provide the opportunity for Diamond sponsors to give a short presentation during the lightning talks segment to attendees.

  6. Event Stage or Area Naming Rights: Name an area, stage, or activity after the Diamond sponsor (e.g., “Sponsor Lounge”).

  7. Direct Email Feature: Include a dedicated section about the sponsor in a pre-event email sent to all registrants.

  8. Two Tickets to Attend the Banquet: Complimentary tickets for the sponsor (or their representatives) to attend the awards banquet.
