Pacific Northwest Endurance Rides, a nonprofit with more than 300 members dedicated to the equestrian sport of endurance riding, is getting ready for our annual convention and awards ceremony Feb. 21-22, 2025, at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, Oregon We would love to have you join us as a vendor in our trade show!
TRADE SHOW: Our trade show is free to attendees and open to the public, drawing 200 to 300 equestrians from our region, which includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Western Montana, and a portion of Western Canada. Central Oregon is rich with riders, and we advertise with other horse-related groups to extend our reach. Our popular used tack sale and raffle (which are also on the trade show floor) draw foot traffic. Members and other horse enthusiasts find things they need for the upcoming ride season, and THEY ARE READY TO SHOP! They appreciate being able to compare products and actually sit in that new saddle or feel that sheepskin saddle pad. They want to touch a product, rather than simply look at a photograph online. Best of all, our booth space is very economical for any comparably sized show!
TRADE SHOW PRICES (DUE AT SET UP):
One booth with one table: $100
Two booths, two tables: $200
Nonprofit organizations (AERC, OET, EDRA, AHA, etc.): One table, $60
If your booth requires electricity, please bring a long extension cord.
Sponsors: PNER Gold ($500+) and Platinum ($1000+) sponsors receive free booth space at the convention. For more information on becoming a sponsor, please contact David Lewis, marketing committee chair, at highwayoflife@gmail.com
Deadline: Please let us know by Jan. 20 if you are coming, by filling out this form and returning it to Karen Pate at klpate88@gmail.com
Trade show set up and tear down schedule: Set up begins at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, and tear down is by 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22.
RAFFLE: Donations to the PNER Raffle are a great way to showcase your company or products. The PNER Raffle is a fundraiser for awards, scholarship, and educational programs within our organization, as well as trail work in our region. We also use these funds to recruit new members and equestrians interested in our sport. Let us know you're donating to the raffle by the end of January, and we'll include you in our brochure's advertising and as a donor on the website.
